By accessing and using CanyonFuse's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CanyonFuse provides lead generation services including but not limited to:

• Prospect identification and qualification
• Multi-channel lead generation campaigns
• Social network integration and monitoring
• Online advertising promotion and optimization
• CRM integration and lead management tools

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Respect the privacy and rights of prospects and leads generated through our platform
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam and data protection regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment for lead generation services is due according to the pricing plan selected. Pricing is per qualified lead as outlined in our pricing page. All payments are non-refundable except as specifically provided in our refund policy.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

6. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service agreement. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

CanyonFuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CanyonFuse and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
